Internal Number: 24638 Student Career Program Director Job ID 24638Location CUNY School of Public Health Full/Part Time Full-Time Regular/Temporary Regular POSITION DETAILS The Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy (CUNY SPH) is dedicated to providing progressive graduate degree programs and to identifying, designing, implementing, and evaluating public health initiatives that promote equitable, efficient, and evidence-based solutions to pressing health problems facing cities. The mission of the school is to promote public health policies to improve the health of populations in New York City and around the world. CUNY SPH faculty members are recognized leaders in health policy, community health interventions, epidemiology and biostatistics, and public health informatics, among other areas. Faculty and students are actively engaged in promoting healthy cities to ultimately shape policy and practice in public health for all. Reporting to the PSch Senior Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, the Student Career Program Director, will fulfill the School???s commitment to student and alumni career development and experiential learning. The Director is responsible for facilitating and supporting career services for students and alumni and experiential learning opportunities for students. They will provide strategic direction and oversight for the Office, including managing a robust annual calendar of career programming and recruiting events, overseeing career coaching and fieldwork advising services, providing administrative coordination of fieldwork placements/fieldwork course enrollments, and serving as the campus resource for the development of new career and experiential learning resources, initiatives, and programs Duties include but are not limited to:

CUNY TITLE Higher Education Officer FLSA Exempt COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Salary commensurate with education and experience up to $109,372.
