Research Technician A
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESThe Research Technician A will assist with research projects supported by the ICTR. The individual is expected to be responsible for his or her own work as assigned, as well as work in collaboration with other laboratory and clinical team members. Specific daily lab duties include labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, shipping, and storage of samples and record keeping of specimens as they enter and leave the laboratory and/or the Biorepository (BioR). The person will: Perform a few, relatively simple, technical procedures; Require intermittent guidance; Rarely be responsible for ordering routine supplies; Rarely analyze data. QUALIFICATIONS H.S.
