Maintenance Mechanic II (Painter)
The Maintenance Mechanic II (Painter) is responsible for the following: Preparing interior and exterior wall surfaces for painting or wallpapering by taping and plastering when necessary, washing, patching, and spackling cracks, sanding, burning, scraping and touching up, to ensure a smooth finish and enable paint to adhere to surface. Applying with a brush, roller, or spray equipment various types of paints, finishes, and coatings such as flat, semigloss/ gloss enamels, varnishes, stains, silicone, epoxy, etc., to preserve the surface and maintain the appearance.
