Title: Associate Director for Operations and Administration, Center for Counseling and Consultation Department: Center for Counseling and Consultation (CCC), Queen Campus Summary: Under the direction of the Director of the Center for Counseling and Consultation (CCC), the Associate Director of Operations and Administration will assist the CCC Director in implementing strategic initiatives and the day-to-day operations of the CCC. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
In collaboration with the Director and Associate Director of Clinical Services, The Associate Director of Operations and Administration will be responsible for updating the CCCs policy and procedures manual. In addition, this individual will oversee the University's Health-Related Leave process. Some evening and weekend hours will be required. General duties include providing brief individual, and group psychotherapy; after-hours on-call coverage; assessment and evaluation; treatment planning; crisis intervention and management; psychological consultation to families, faculty, and staff; educational/preventative outreach to students, faculty, and staff; involvement with clinical supervision; and perform other duties as assigned. Some evening and weekend hours will be required. Minimum Qualifications
