1. Oversees and coordinates administrative, program, and office activities. Experience using electronic medical record system, multi-line telephones, ACD lines & call queues. EPIC referral, messaging (i.e. in-basket messages), telephone encounters & chart review skills. Proficiency scheduling in EPIC. Spanish speaking.
