Purchasing/Receiving Coordinator
Budgetary/Financial Responsibility- The Purchasing Coordinator will allocate and maintain an inventory that accurately reflects the food production schedule, for Gorecki Dining Center, G2G and Catering, and other culinary departments, when requested. This person will observe CSB's financial goals and abide by purchasing requirements/guidelines pursuing the college's sustainability commitments. This position will assist the Culinary Chef Manager, Director of Culinary Services and the CSB Business Office, in the negotiation of food and beverage contracts to meet the needs of the college, record manufacturer/vendor rebates and assure all credits and rebates are processed and received.
