Position Summary A full-time Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is sought to join our growing intensive care unit (ICU) research group. We perform clinical-translational research in patients with acute respiratory failure. The overarching theme of our research is to develop strategies to individualize respiratory support to maximize lung protection and improve patient outcomes. To do so, we use granular clinical data, protein biomarkers, and pulmonary biomechanics. We also participate in large-scale clinical trials evaluating candidate therapies for critically ill patients. A major focus of our group currently is in COVID-19 clinical trials, including for Operation Warp Speed. The CRC will become a key member of this effort.
