The Department of Finance in the School of Management at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking applicants for Assistant/Associate Professor faculty positions.
The positions seek candidates within the area of financial research, preferably, but not restricted to asset pricing or investments. The positions will focus on instruction of finance at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and teaching may involve both digital access and traditional classroom delivery. Interest in teaching a course on fixed income will be a plus.

Applicants must have a PhD in Finance or a closely related discipline in hand or very near completion by the end of the 2018-2019 academic year and demonstrated performance in delivering effective teaching to both undergraduate and graduate students.
Applicants should have strong interest and capability to undertake scholarly research publishable in leading journals, and their exceptional disciplinary training should be combined with a strong interest in the professional mission of the School of Management.
